Four Uniforms, One Clear Path of Progress

Red and blue mark senior and sub-junior/junior ranks, orange and white are worn for kata, and the ahome uniform is reserved for Hangdang sword practice — a structured system every affiliated school follows.

Ruteen Kata & Hangdang

Traditional sword-fighting forms sit alongside full-contact training — balance, power, and stamina, built together.

Founded on Discipline, Built for the Modern World

TBK-DO — Throwing, Boxing, Kick-Do — was developed between 1993 and 1996 by Dr. Grand Master Mahaguru (Sajee), and has grown into one of the most effective, scientifically structured martial arts systems in the world.

Our Origin

A modern Indian martial art, originated in Assam and now practised in more than 145 countries.

Sequential, natural movement combining karate, judo, wrestling, kickboxing, taekwondo and muay thai.

Red — Senior Grade

Worn by senior practitioners across all recognised schools.

You can join by contacting your country representative, registering a school with the federation, or applying through the World TBK-DO Academy for instructor certification.
