SwedenTBK-DO — Throwing, Boxing, Kick-Do — was developed between 1993 and 1996 by Dr. Grand Master Mahaguru (Sajee), and has grown into one of the most effective, scientifically structured martial arts systems in the world.
A modern Indian martial art, originated in Assam and now practised in more than 145 countries.

TBK-DO (Throwing, Boxing, Kick-Do) is a modern Indian martial art combining karate, judo, wrestling, kickboxing, taekwondo and muay thai into one full-contact system for self-defence and human development.
You can join by contacting your country representative, registering a school with the federation, or applying through the World TBK-DO Academy for instructor certification.
WTBK-DO has member representatives and affiliated schools in 179 countries across Africa, Asia, Europe, Oceania and the Americas.
Four uniforms are recognised: Red (senior), Blue (sub-junior/junior), Orange (intermediate) and White (kata and Hangdang sword training).
